Ibiza theatre Trust

Hola, I have heard that there used to be in Ibiza a group called (I believe) the Ibiza Theatre trust - an amateur dramatics society. Does anyone know if this still exists at all? Or if there are any amateur dramatic societies on the island? R xx __________________

yes, they used to put on productions at las dalias during the winter - unfortunately one year (about 2001/2?) one of the cast had a heart attack on stage and i dont think they really did anything after that i dont know of any other amateur dramatics groups going on now ade (ibiza now magazine) __________________

Hi Ade, Thanks for the response. I had heard that story too.... A friend and I were discussing setting something up if there was enough interest amongst those who are here in the winter, but we dont want to tread on anyones toes as it were! xx __________________

I'd give a bit of AD a go if there was something nearby. I've been told many times I am acting the fool so any 'fool' roles might be suitable ;) I would also love to help with stage set designs and contruction. __________________ Hannah...
