Hi all,

So after spending two weeks in our new holiday house on Ibiza and did most of the stuff needed I have a question that I hope someone can answer.

We went in to a Telefónica shop in Ibiza town to apply for phone and internet, I think phone is no problem but when asking for internet connection she more or less laughed, seems where we have our house in Calla Vadella it is a shortage of DSL lines. Does anybody know of any other ways of connecting to internet? And also, anybody know the contact details of Telefónica on Ibiza, I prefer email since I am still learning Spanish.

Hi Helen,

www.telefonica.com - has an English website : www.englishtelefonica.com.  Also you can speak with an English operator when calling:   902114296  you actually getter a better response when speaking English with them than Spanish!

They can usually sort some sort of internet access out - but you will have to be patient!.
