Santa Eulalia most expensive flats in Balearics
 

According to data released yestersday by the Department for Housing, Santa Eulalia now tops the list for flat prices in the Balearic Islands. The price per meter now stands at 3 350 on a flat less than two years old.

1. Santa Eulalia
2. Calivia
3. Ciutadella
4. Ibiza
5. Palma (Average price)

The Balearics, on average, saw an 8.5% price per meter rise.
